tesa have unveiled a new range of masking films for the high temperature powder coating market. 2 new products are now available slit from log to any width along with die cut discs.
tesa have added to their long established and extremely well proven tesa 4331 PET/paper laminated tape for the powder coating market.
They have introduced 2 PET films:-
tesa 50650 a blue 55 micron PET film with Silicone adhesive for residue free removal. Thin and conformable it gives a very crisp paint edge. Resists 220°C for 30 minutes.
tesa 50600 a green 80 micron PET film with Silicone adhesive for residue free removal. Thicker film adds strength for one piece removal. Resists 220°C for 30 minutes.
Along with:-
tesa 4331 a white 110 micron PET/paper film with Silicone adhesive for residue free removal. Thicker film adds strength and scuff resistance during multi layer coatings. Resists 220°C for 1 hour.
Discs are also available in all 3 materials making masking holes faster and more accurate.
